We offer comprehensive diagnostic testing for both children and adults.

We spend time understanding the unique difficulties facing each individual and ensure that we recommend the appropriate solution for each situation.

The hearing healthcare professional will then conduct a number of different tests depending on your problem. Tests are non-invasive and conducted in a friendly environment. Your hearing healthcare professional will explain the test procedures as well as the results to you.

What Can You Expect From Your Hearing Test Appointment?

Your first visit takes about 45–60 minutes. You’re welcome to bring a family member or friend—it makes decisions easier and helps us understand your real‑life listening challenges.

1) Conversation about your hearing
Your audiologist will discuss your hearing concerns, noise exposure, family history, and relevant medical background to build a clear picture of what you’re experiencing.

2) Non‑invasive hearing tests
Based on your needs, we’ll perform a series of non‑invasive hearing tests in a friendly, calm environment. Your hearing‑care professional will explain each step before it starts.

3) Clear results and next steps
We’ll explain your hearing test results and recommend suitable hearing solutions if needed.

The hearing test may consist of:

• Pure tone audiogram – both air conduction and bone conduction tests will be performed to determine the degree of hearing loss.
• Full Speech audiogram – determining what levels of speech is understandable at different loudness intensity levels.
• Tympanometry testing – this test provides information on the functioning of the eardrum and middle ear.
• OAE – should the hearing health care professional find it necessary he/she will conduct an OAE test to determine possible damage/ deterioration of the outer hair cells in the cochlea (inner ear).
• Your first appointment will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
